🕒 Return Window

You may request a return within 20 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition received
  • Free of wear, sweat, stains, or damage


For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn apparel, opened wellness items, or used recovery/massage tools.

 

📦 Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and sanitary reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used workout apparel
  • Opened wellness or recovery items
  • Opened tech/support gear
  • Mats, rollers, or straps that show use
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

 

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Refunds typically process in 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:

You received the wrong item

Your item arrived damaged or defective


If that happens, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
